Jane delivered an outstanding presentation to the TODN community on creating a coaching culture. It was dynamic and involved a lot of rich discussion and reflection. She walked us through the definition of a coaching culture, along with the corresponding characteristics and supporting modalities. She also shared her coaching maturity model and invited us to reflect on which phase our respective organization was in. Appreciating that creating a coaching culture is a journey, she provided us with tips on how to get started as well as sustaining the program.
