Michelle Chambers shared her wisdom on the future of work and the 3 main digital culture deficiencies: functional and departmental silos; a fear of taking risks and difficulty forming and acting on the single view of the client. She facilitated a discussion around examples we are currently seeing within each of the deficiencies. Some interesting points came up on self managed teams and leveraging team accountability!
Michelle also brought insight on empowering frontline employees to make for a better experience across all parties (customers, employees, employers). She also had the community get out of our seats for an engaging activity to bring everything together!
