Using People Analytics to drive People Strategy

With continuous advances and increased deployment of technology solutions, leaders have never had so much data about their workforce; however, many organizations still make key decisions about their workforce based on instinct and intuition. People analytics helps leaders unlock the power of data – increasing rigor, reducing bias, and improving performance.

In this session, insights will be shared on how people analytics can improve the way organizations identify, attract, develop, and retain talent. Also examples will be shared of how people analytics has been used to make data-backed talent decisions and create an impact. You will learn:

  • How you, as an HR professional, can use data to make better people decisions
  • Examples and a case-study of how organizations are using People Analytics to drive performance
