Primary event description: 

Leading organizations today are developing Coaching Cultures so they can be successful in a globally competitive, fast changing environment. Developing a coaching culture is an emerging trend in organizations around the globe.   A coaching culture enables radical transformation by fostering performance enhancing conversations on a daily basis. With the use of new coaching support technologies,  research on the impact of coaching and a growing professional coaching industry more organizations are building coaching cultures.  OD Professionals are perfectly positioned to make this transformative culture change, reality.  Learn more about coaching and why coaching cultures are emerging now and identify the steps to developing a  coaching culture.  You will be introduced to a Coaching Culture maturity model and will have an opportunity to learn some best practices. 


Jane Graydon

Jane Graydon is a Speaker, Consultant, Executive Coach and experienced thought partner who inspires leaders and organizations to realize their full potential and deliver unprecedented results. With over three decades of coaching, OD, leadership development, and real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, she works with leaders and entrepreneurs within organizations of all sizes across a range of industries and has a unique appreciation of guiding complex organizations through change. 

Prior to establishing Results Coaching and leading Prompta’s Coaching Practice, Jane held executive positions in healthcare and global telecommunications. Roles included VP Human Resources, SVP Client Services and Chief Privacy Officer. Jane also taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University  and Organization Behaviour at George Brown College. After receiving an MBA in Human Resources she studied International Business in Japan. She is currently President of International Coach Federation  ̶  Toronto Chapter.
