Primary event: The Power of Human Connection with Brady Wilson
When you experience a moment of powerful human connection, it feels like magic - not science. But learn the science behind connection, and you see that these powerful moments don’t have to be wished or waited for – you can create them. We need moments of human connection. They span ideologies, spark collaboration, spawn innovations and even stave off diseases. But these moments – once prevalent - are becoming an endangered species. Perhaps you want them to flourish. Must you wait for the stars to align or can connection be created?
Science says, “Don’t wait – create.”
Human connection is demystified by understanding the release of energy in the brain. And there is an ancient but powerful practice that reliably releases energy: face-to-face conversation. We can all proliferate human connection by connecting on what matters most, understanding what’s possible and partnering for progress. This session is a thoughtful blend of invigorating ideas, insightful experiences and relevant practice opportunities.
Brady Wilson has a vision: organizations that pulsate with innovative energy. As the founder of Juice Inc., Brady functions as a human energy architect, working with leaders to build the conditions in which innovation, value creation and unforgettable customer experiences can flourish.
He helps leaders step into life’s grittiest tensions, inspiring them to create a sustained approach to positive change—and better business results. Brady has had the privilege of partnering with lots of good companies including American Express, BMO, Co-operators, Loblaw and YUM! Brands.
Although Brady loves to be an entrepreneur, author and speaker, he’s even more excited when he’s hanging out with his grandchildren, running marathons with his daughters or building the family cottage with his sons.
