In this interactive workshop, we will explore how wellness and mentoring are a key ingredient to one’s success. We will discuss the key attributes to owning a mentor mindset and key considerations to building your own mentor mind map. This framework can be applied to both personal and professional development and future collaborations for others.
Dina Barazza, Certified Mentor Practitioner (CMP) & Leadership Expert will expand on the benefits of mentoring, what mentoring does for self and others in both a personal and professional setting while providing tips to manage one’s personal conundrum. The journey of mentoring and wellness has been proven to be a recipe for success and during this workshop, you will draw through expressions, self-reflect, discuss, consider and map out key actions towards your own wellness mentoring mind map.
Participants in this workshop will have a participant guide for note taking, engage in group discussions, and participate in developing their very own mentor mind map.
