As we continue our fall theme of Innovation, we are excited to engage in a “Wise Crowd Consulting” process, giving “clients for the evening” the opportunity to engage in a different kind of consulting experience. We have invited guests (leaders from different organizations) who have agreed to be our clients.
The leaders will share their perspectives, challenges, and opportunities regarding innovation and then engage with us in a “wise crowds” consulting process. Leaders have the opportunity to bring a case to the group and receive different ideas and perspectives from the various members of our community. So… it’s a shared learning experience for all. We’ll hear briefly from each of the leaders, and then we’ll break up into smaller groups, giving the leaders a chance to move between groups to share, gather and engage in learning dialogues for all.

Facilitated Intentional Networking Segment
Kathy March will be leading our networking exercise. We’ll be looking for ways TODN members can strengthen our network and help each other. Before the meeting, we encourage you to think about this question: “Is there some issue in your work or life where you can imagine that other members of TODN might be able help, in a short conversation? Some area where you’d like to tap into the expertise or insights of other people at the meeting, or just hear about their personal experiences? Some other conversation you think would be helpful to you?”
Kathy will be matching people up, so people can help each other out, and find the conversations they need to be having.
